Major chemicals suppliers often face considerable work when they want to coordinate the distribution of chemicals and HSE data sheets. Bureau Veritas HSE can automate this work. Using this module, the application is linked to for example an ordering or invoicing system or system for material administration. HSE data sheets for chemicals are printed out automatically for the customers when they order.

Web modules

The web module contains either Web Management for end-users or Web MSDS for suppliers. This module makes it possible to offer simple and efficient distribution of HSE data sheets to employees and customers. Data sheets from Bureau Veritas HSE are automatically generated to HTML, PDF and Chess C1 formats. The solutions may be published on intranet and/or Internet. Effective search options make it easy to find the right information. The solution may also be stored for historical overviews.
