Pre-registration of substances acc. to REACH

In the period 1 June to 1 December 2008 companies could pre-register their substances in accordance with REACH - EU's new chemical regulation.

When having used the phrase-in rule companies can market their products in the period until the registration is made. If you did not pre-register, you must register your substance before you can place it on the market.
